In February 201, SPT Group acquires 100% of the shares of the Calgary-based company, Neotechnology Consultants Ltd. (Neotec). The company supplies fluid flow modelling software, expertise, and education to our clients, through the products WELLFLO, PIPEFLO and FORGAS. As of July 2011, Neotec is a fully integrated part of SPT Group, hereby known as SPT Group Canada Limited. OLGA 6 is released Phase 7 of OVIP program is initiated |

In order to realize the long-term potential for the company, a strategic solution in securing a financial investor was deemed the preferred course of action. Current owners are Altor, Cubera AS, Pipeflow Invest, and the employees. |
